Music is not a product.

Music is
freedom !

A song isn't just a song; but it becomes even more when you own it. Music brings a sense of joy and ownership, and it’s even better when you share it with others.

Nodable is the movement where musicians and fans hack the music business to get streaming money back where it belongs - in your hands.

Nodable is the system that reconnects fans to music and makes them money.
Forget the old music industry that treated you as a passive participant in a product they monetize. From now on, those who love music set the rules.

You deserve a better system, and we have been working tirelessly to create a
new music business run by artists, labels, and fans.

It takes only two THINGS to make music work: musicians and music lovers.

We’re a group of music-lovers who want to keep music value in safe hands.

Many have attempted to break into the music industry, but often they have focused solely on financial aspects, leading to their failure.

The reality is that the music business is intricate and exclusive, making it challenging for those who don’t fit the traditional mold.

It's essential to recognize that change is possible, but it requires a different approach and a collective effort to reshape the industry for everyone, including those who feel marginalized.

We couldn’t change the system, so we hacked it.

How streaming services changed the music industrY

Some people are getting paid an awful lot of fucking money, and no one else is getting anything.

For too long, streaming platforms and other internet giants have exploited artists without a fair system in place.  We must put the value of music back where it belongs — in the hands of music-lovers.  Nodable is the system that reconnects fans to music and makes them money. Forget the music business that made you a passive part of the music product they monetize on you.

From now on, those who love music set the rules. The sooner you get on board, the more you earn.

Nodable social responsibility

People listen to music in good and bad times

When music is consumed, it generates revenue. Traditionally, the music business investments
has been exclusive to banks and a few insiders.

Music is a community-driven art.

Nodable music is an alternative system to the traditional music business that gives power back to those who create and love music.

We learned on our own that we deserve a better system:

(01)

A collaborative enviroment reshaping the relationship among artists and fans

(02)

A community where super fans partner with their beloved artists and invest in their music

(03)

A transparent music industry for creators, enhancing control and freedom over their craft and dedication

(04)

A free market to support Gen Z freedom and financial wellness, giving them a cut of what they play every day

(05)

A liquid market for investors. Music is an alternative asset and a good investment. It's uncorrelated to the main asset classes. One day, may be Nodable will become the world-first tokenized music asset exchange.

Hacking the finance of streaming to free music

The way the money gets shared out within streaming does nothing to actually fund the business of making music.

This is because it wasn't born out of a system that was built to try and make sure that music could be made.
It was built instead by giant global corporations trying to make themselves look like an exciting prospect for floating on global stock exchanges.

They have absolutely nothing to do with how you make and sell music.

For 90% of musicians, it's impossible to pay their bills out of streaming.

Big corporation dominance has created massive centralized monopolies over (producer and consumer) data, with large pricing power.
By keeping their prices stagnant, streaming services are progressively devaluing music.

it's impossible to pay their bills out of streaming.

Big corporation dominance has created massive centralized monopolies. While we may not be able to change the system entirely, we can hack it.
Instead of creating music and waiting for a payout, artists can sell a percentage of their music revenues directly to fans. This allows artists to get paid upfront, while fans can invest and share in the future success. In this way, everyone wins—artists gain immediate support, and fans have a stake in the outcome.

Inspired by David Bowie,
21ST century entrepreneur

We're not the first but we got inspired from the bests

The sound of money: we turn sound into credit following the pioneering experience of David Bowie.
David Bowie was a pop music icon to many, but how many people know he was also involved in innovation in the world of finance? In 1997 David Bowie and his manager changed the game: Bowie sold asset-backed securities, dubbed "Bowie bonds", which awarded investors a share in his future royalties for 10 years.
He got to this breakthrough, after realizing in the 1970s that he didn't own all the rights to his catalogue, like many artists do. He took David Bowie about 25 years.  Imagine, the next time you heard “Let’s Dance” on TV, you’d receive a share of its royalties. You could never have owned them. The securitization was purchased, in its entirety, by Prudential Insurance Co. of America.

Nodable music leverages the technological innovation of asset tokenization to assign future revenue rights over music and democratizes the change through the transparency of the blockchain.

You can join David Bowie among the music business pioneers.

It was not the only one: ever heard of Taylor Swift buying back her masters? By re-recording, Swift is technically covering her own songs as new recordings, resulting in new masters she fully owns, enabling her to control the licensing of her songs for commercial use.
